Your Wedding Experts provides professional wedding planning services including full wedding planning, venue selection, design and decor, day-of coordination, vendor management, and destination wedding planning. Services are customized based on client needs and package selection.

Booking and Payment

A signed contract and initial deposit are required to secure our services. Payment schedules vary by package and will be outlined in your service agreement. Final payment is typically due 30 days before your wedding date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 6 months before the wedding date may be eligible for partial refunds as outlined in your service agreement. Cancellations within 6 months of the wedding date are subject to the full contract amount.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, making timely decisions, attending scheduled meetings, and communicating changes promptly. Clients must also ensure payment of all vendor services and obtain necessary permits or licenses.

Limitation of Liability

Your Wedding Experts will not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, vendor cancellations, or venue issues.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County.
